Fixing the Dynamic Campaign-Playing The Falcon 4 Allied Force Israel MK2 Campaign
In Falcon 4 Allied Force, there is a theater that corrects the problems with the dynamic campaign. This theater is Israel MK2. The theater somehow makes Falcon 4 Allied Force generate enough defensive counter air barcaps to defend the borders and airbases. It also generates enough missions for the interdiction of ground vehicles, and offensive counter air airbase strikes. It generates enough of everything.
There is, however, one limitation. You have to wait three hours at least for the campaign engine to warm-up. This means time accelerating the campaign 64 times and waiting for the mission generation to fully kick in. You will know the mission generation has fully kicked in when you see lots of missions in the air tasking order. Especially wait until you see a screen full of barcap missions.
Be sure not to exploit the problems of the mission generation. Specifically do not manually task an airbase strike before the barcap mission generation has kicked then. If you do you will not have any enemy planes opposing the strike.
The campaign probably works best if you leave all the priorities alone and just leave the box set by headquarters checked. If you change any of the priorities, it may mess up the mission generation system and make it stop generating very many missions. But I haven't tested it very much- so you are free to try changing the priorities.
